He has guided clients in Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska, while also gaining formal expertise during his years with industry-leading firms like Cushman & Wakefield. Throughout his career, Tim has honed his skills in property valuation, market analysis, and client relations, working across many aspects of the real estate transaction process.

 

Tim’s passion for the outdoors complements his professional background, giving him a hands-on understanding of Montana’s rugged landscapes, wildlife, and natural resources. A graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he captained the Freestyle Ski Team’s Big Mountain and Backcountry program, Tim turned his attention to the Greater Yellowstone area after graduation. Over the past decade, he has immersed himself in the landscapes of Montana and Wyoming, developing an intimate understanding of the diverse and distinctive terrain that defines these regions. His time on the ground and behind the oars has fostered a deep appreciation for the natural beauty and unique character of the Rocky Mountain West.
