ACCESS

The Little Snowy Hideaway is easily accessible from Highway 87, then a maintained ½ mile gravel road takes you to the property. There are two-track roads in good condition that stretch through the property and provide access to the whole property and allow for easy navigation.

With views of mountains in every direction, the Snowies, the Judiths, the Moccasins, the Belts, and Highwood Mountains provide endless recreational opportunities. Whether it’s hiking, riding ATV’s, or hunting, you’ll never run out of space or things to do or see. The Little Snowy Hideaway is situated in the famed 411 hunting district of Central Montana, with trophy elk and sizable white-tailed and mule deer frequent the property. An assortment of upland birds including pheasants, sharp tailed grouse, Hungarian partridge and turkey can also be found consistently on the property.

This 400± acre blank canvas has multiple scenic building sites in the heart of “big sky country” with captivating views of multiple mountain ranges. Two-track roads can be found throughout the property for easy navigation, and the boundary fence lines are in great condition. There are two streams that act as a water source. One of the streams has been improved and feeds into a fully functional livestock water tank.
